Our Bike Trails have on and off road biking and caters to the beginner or novice. Not into biking? You can walk or rollerblade the miles of paved trails around the picturesque man made open pit lakes.

Do water sports interest you? We have the best diving adventures in the Midwest. Explore the Pit Lakes that developed after the mining was complete. The Mines then filled with fresh spring water. Search out the mining artifacts and enjoy the aquatic life. Many of the mines are 200 ft deep and offer a unique diving experice. Or would you prefer ABOVE water adventure? Then kayaking,waterskiing and fishing is always a tempting option.
